Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus is a diagnostic challenge, requiring both neurologic and rheumatologic assessments. Their diagnosis relies on a combination of clinical, laboratory, neuropsychological, and imaging assessments. To find out how imaging is being used to diagnose and better understand this complex disorder, seeImage of the Month, p. 13.
