Recanalization Rates Higher With Tenecteplase

NEW ORLEANS — The thrombolytic drug tenecteplase appears to provide faster and more complete recanalization of acute ischemic strokes in the middle cerebral artery than does tissue plasminogen activator, judging from case-control study data.
