CLINICAL NEUROLOGY NEWS welcomes Dr. Stuart B. Black to our Editorial Advisory Board. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, credentialed by the National Board for Certification in Head-ache Medicine, a member of the American Headache Society, and Founder and Medical Director of the Dallas Headache Association. A clinical professor of neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, he is also interested in CPT and ICDM coding.
