Image of the Month

An 83-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with a 1-week history of neck pain, weakness/inability to use her left arm, and heaviness and weakness affecting her left leg. She was unable to walk and had some degree of confusion. Prior to these symptoms, the patient was active and independent.
