SAN DIEGO — Neurologists hold differing views both on the definition of medically refractory epilepsy and on when epilepsy surgery is appropriate, Dr. Andrea Sneider reported during a poster session at the annual meetings of the American Epilepsy Society and the Canadian League Against Epilepsy.
