Data on Early MS Efficacy Added To Interferon Beta-1b Drug Label

The Food and Drug Administration has approved changes to the label of interferon beta-1b to reflect the findings of a recently published study that found treatment was associated with a significant delay to a second exacerbation in people who have had a single clinical event suggestive of multiple sclerosis and typical MS lesions on brain MRI.
