WASHINGTON — All infants undergoing surgical repair of cardiac defects should have continuous postoperative video electroencephalographic monitoring for at least 48 hours, Dr. Robert Clancy said at the joint annual meeting of the American Epilepsy Society and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.
